With experience in delivering assistance across many sectors including software and digital technology, automotive, food, apparel and general manufacturing, Gerry leads an exceptional team of consultants to work closely with you to deliver the results you’re after.
As a Director of TCF Services for over 20 years, David has lead our Automotive division in the delivery of various automotive industry assistance programs since 2000. David leverages his extensive manufacturing process knowledge to facilitate compliant grant applications for the broad range of manufacturing businesses undertaking research and development activities.
With a passion for helping businesses grow, Rick has been acting as a CPA for almost 25 years. Having worked in larger corporations including Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Rick’s passion saw him shift his focus to small business owners. Over the past 15 years Rick has helped businesses receive over $75 million in R&D Tax incentives and other forms of Government assistance. Today Rick leads the delivery of the R&D Tax Incentive at TCF Services.
Raja joined TCF in 2000 and became a Director in 2008. Prior to joining TCF, Raja worked as a process engineer who developed numerous engineering solutions across a variety of manufacturing settings. With a passion for assisting manufacturers, Raja has managed the delivery of over $100 million in Government assistance for our clients.
Following a 30-year career in commerce, media & national security affairs spanning assignments in Europe, Asia and the United States, Trevor joined Lockheed Martin Corporation Inc in 2009 as Head of Corporate Communications for the Asia-Pacific Region. In 2015 he founded D+I+sG+X-M Executive Advisers to provide in-depth analyses of Australian Defence Force new capability requirements and procurement plans, and joined TCF Services Pty Ltd in 2017 to create a new business segment to assist its clients access benefits stemming from new Defence Innovation programs announced in the 2016 Defence White Paper.
Rob also has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. He has over two decades of experience helping companies access R&D benefits, initially working with financiers, including Macquarie Bank. Since 2004, he has worked with BSI Innovation and has assisted companies in the mining, manufacturing, biotech, food, information technology and medical device sectors to claim R&D Tax benefits. Rob has a detailed knowledge of the scientific method from an early research career at CSIRO, University of Sydney and Universtaet Bern. His vision is to help companies claim government innovation incentives and grow to become the next industry leaders.
Terry has over 30 years experience in assisting companies access R&D Tax benefits. Terry has held various roles in AusIndustry including Deputy State Manager of the NSW Office and as an independent R&D Tax Consultant. With an extensive knowledge of technology, Australian business and the R&D Tax Incentive, Terry is well placed to deliver maximum R&D Tax Incentive benefits for your business.
Having joined TCF in 1999, Carlo established the internal systems and processes by which we still operate today. Known for his ever-curious mind and his thirst for all things new to technology, Carlo uses this knowledge and prior experience across both the manufacturing and ICT sectors to understand the many innovations which have been actively leveraged to receive Government assistance for the past 15 years.
Ian has broad technical knowledge and business skills gained from extended experience in the finance and IT industries. Examples of these skills include the R&D Tax Incentive, business planning, project management and risk compliance. Through his prior experience with KPMG and the Pattens Group, Ian has helped a large number of companies from a variety of industries claim R&D Tax benefits for over 10 years.
Samantha joined TCF Services as the Administration manager in 2016 and now works as part of the R&D tax incentive team assisting clients securing the R&D tax incentive. She has an accounting and taxation background and holds Bachelor of Commerce (Professional Accounting). Samantha is close to finishing her CPA and is working towards obtaining a full Tax Agent license. Samantha possesses the ideal skill set and experience to assist you to maximise your ability to access the R&D tax incentive while complying with the programme requirements and legislation.
Lee-Ming holds a double degree with Honours from the University of Melbourne, is an Associate CPA, and a Registered Tax Agent (R&D). He has gained industry engineering experience while working for Power & Water Corporation in the NT and has also worked for KPMG and PwC as an R&D tax consultant.Lee-Ming specialises in helping clients prepare and lodge R&D applications and determining the financial benefits. His strong skills in technical writing, and extensive knowledge in engineering (Mechanical & Manufacturing) and commerce (Finance & Economics) enables him to work with clients to lodge robust and defensible claims. His clients range from start-up companies to large organisations nationally, in a wide variety of industry sectors.
Amanda joined TCF Services in 2018 and provides accounting support to all TCF staff, teams and TCF clients. She has a career background in business and administration and is an accounting graduate (Brazil). Amanda is multilingual, is studying for CPA membership and also has a solid grounding in the R&D tax application process and legislation.
